Terms of use

These terms describe use of MobilDeploy’s driver profiles, recruiting tools, opportunities and vehicle advertisements. Questions can be sent to ruffinr@mobildeploy.com.

Accounts and accurate information

Provide accurate information, keep your password private and use only accounts, company workspaces and documents you are authorized to access. Keep qualifications and advertisements current. Do not impersonate others, upload malicious files, send spam, scrape private profiles or bypass access controls. Upload only content you have permission to share and use the service for lawful transportation and recruiting activities.

Drivers and companies

Driver accounts are free. MobilDeploy helps connect drivers and companies; it does not guarantee employment, assignments, earnings, credential acceptance or regulatory compliance. A review status reflects the review recorded in the service, rather than a guarantee of ongoing eligibility. Companies remain responsible for hiring decisions, required checks, lawful use of personal information and their own employment or contractor agreements. Drivers remain responsible for accurate qualifications and the requirements of work they accept.

Company subscriptions

Eligible company subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Creating an account alone does not start a trial or subscription. Checkout shows the selected package and billing terms before you confirm. After an eligible trial, the package renews monthly unless canceled. Prior trial use can make an account ineligible for another trial.

Vehicle advertisements

MobilDeploy connects renters with independent advertisers. Owners manage rental agreements and payments. Listings are not a guarantee of availability or insurance coverage.

Owners must have authority to advertise each vehicle and provide accurate rates, location, contact information and terms. Renters and owners must confirm availability, permitted use, insurance, screening, deposits, payment and a written rental agreement directly. Weekly advertised rental rates are separate from MobilDeploy’s monthly advertising subscription.

Eligible vehicle advertising subscriptions include a 7-day free trial and renew monthly afterward. One free trial is available per owner account. Removing advertisements does not cancel the advertising subscription.

Managing billing

Use Manage subscription in the relevant billing workspace to review invoices and cancellation options. Cancel before a trial ends to avoid its first charge. Cancellation timing and the resulting access period are shown in billing management. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; these terms do not create an automatic refund promise or limit rights provided by applicable law.

Content, access and privacy

You retain rights you have in submitted content and allow MobilDeploy to host, display and process it as needed to provide the features you use. Job and rental advertisements are public. Authorized company users can access information through recruiting and application workflows. See our Privacy notice before uploading personal information. Features or content may be restricted to protect accounts, investigate abuse or address unlawful use. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.

Service availability and changes

Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or failures. No listing guarantees availability, insurance or a transaction. Changes to these terms will be published here with an effective date; checkout continues to show subscription terms before confirmation. Contact ruffinr@mobildeploy.com for help.
