Privacy notice

This notice describes information handled by MobilDeploy’s driver, company, job and vehicle listing services. Contact Ronald Ruffin at ruffinr@mobildeploy.com with privacy questions.
Information used by the service
Account information includes your name, email, password hash and sign-in records. Depending on the features you use, we also store driver profile and work history, contact information, availability, vehicle information, credentials and uploaded documents, applications, messages, credential review records and subscription records. You choose what to submit. Do not upload patient records, Social Security numbers or information unrelated to your transportation qualifications.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate accounts, show relevant opportunities, support applications and company recruiting, review credentials, exchange messages, manage subscriptions, protect the service and respond to support requests. Companies and their authorized team members can access driver information through recruiting, application, credential review and messaging features. Review your profile before using these features.
Published job and rental advertisements are visible to visitors. A published rental advertisement includes the contact email and any phone number supplied for the listing. Do not put private documents or confidential information in a public advertisement.
Service providers
Railway hosts application and database services. Amazon Web Services provides document and offsite backup storage and configured malware scanning. Resend processes account emails. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides billing management; our application stores Stripe identifiers and subscription status rather than full payment card numbers. Providers handle information needed for those services under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Cookies, technical records and security
Sign-in uses a session cookie. The service also handles request, security and diagnostic records to operate and protect accounts. Passwords are stored as hashes, access controls restrict protected workflows, and backups support recovery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and recovery links private.
Retention and your choices
Account, document, audit and backup records can have different retention periods. Replaced or expired documents and backup copies are not necessarily removed immediately. Legal holds, security investigations and recovery safeguards can require continued retention. Removing a listing does not cancel its subscription.
You can update information through available account and profile controls. To request access, correction, account closure or deletion, email ruffinr@mobildeploy.com. We may need to verify your identity and review legal holds and records shared with companies. Automated customer deletion is not currently available. We will explain the applicable handling of your request; this notice does not promise immediate deletion from every backup or company record.
